Rooms are comfortable and spacious, with improved air conditioning. Helpful, friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful spa. Metro station and supermarket within walking distance.

The location was convenient, near the university and Metro Station. Great breakfast with ample choices. Possibility for drinks and dinner at the Sky bar. Very good value for money, worth the stay.

This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, close to the center and the Business park. The rooms are spacious and come with a small balcony and seating area. The bathroom is well-equipped with toiletries and a powerful shower. The breakfast offers a great variety of food and juices, with attentive service from the staff. there is a rooftop bar with stunning views of the mountains.

The air conditioning in some areas of the hotel, such as the second bedroom, kitchen, and living room, could be improved.

Perfect location, just a minute away from the amazing beach and close to other great neighborhoods in the city. The room was peaceful and comfortable, with a cozy bed. Free coffee and juice available throughout the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to safely store our luggage after check-out.

the noise from the high traffic boulevard outside was quite noticeable, and the windows did not provide enough soundproofing to block it out completely.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being near the airport for a stop en route to Pamporovo skiing, as well as supermarkets and the city center. The roof garden was a great addition too.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the helpful staff, especially when we had a problem with our hire car. The breakfast staff were excellent and the food was delicious. The two-bed apartment we stayed in was immaculate and offered great value for money. We also appreciated the location near a subway station, making it convenient for our longer stay.
